I’m a Latina writer, journalist, and creative based in Brooklyn, NY who strives to make social impact through written and visual storytelling.

I’ve worked in various capacities from editor to social media producer at various media organizations including Delish, Apartment Therapy, Back Pocket Media, Insider, and Rapid Growth Media. Throughout my journalism career, I’ve covered a variety of beats ranging from food & culture to health & sustainability. I’m particularly passionate about telling stories through the lens of food, identity, and movement.

While I continue to freelance as a journalist, I also specialize in copywriting and digital communications. I love crafting stories for brands and organizations that push their message forward. I’ve worked with brands and nonprofits like Nike, K-Connect, and GROW. And as Copywriter and Creative Content Specialist for Semillas Creative, I have the opportunity to collaborate on projects for several social impact organizations.

I have a M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University, a B.S. in Information Science (UX) from the University of Michigan, a certificate in Creative Strategy from Miami Ad School, and a NASM CPT certification in progress.
