I’m a Brooklyn-based creative who strives to make social impact through written and visual storytelling.

I’ve covered a variety of beats ranging from food and culture to health and wellness, but I’m particularly passionate about telling stories through the lens of food, identity, movement, and health.

I have a M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University, a B.S. in Information Science (UX) from the University of Michigan, a certificate in Creative Strategy from Miami Ad School, and a NASM CPT certification in progress.

I also lead weekly community runs in Brooklyn.
