As a writer and journalist, I’ve covered food, beverage, culture, identity, health, fitness, travel, sustainability, and social justice issues. My work has been published in Delish, Insider, Nike.com, Apartment Therapy, Rapid Growth Media, Kitchn, and Grand Rapids Magazine, and Men’s Journal.

I also work with mission-driven organizations on content strategy, design, and communications. Clients have included KConnect, GROW, Back Pocket Media, and the creative agency Semillas Creative.
